This is a
wonderful limited edition Silly Slammer. It was issued for the 1999
NCAA Final Four held in Tampa Bay, Florida. It is marked on it's tag
``Silly Slammer #146 - Dick Vitale and also has picture of him on the
store tag. When slammed, Dick blurts out ``They're PTP'ers Baby!; It's
Dipsy Doo Dunkeroo; and It's Awesome Baby''. Condition is excellent
